anyone near boston or have any accordion playing friends in boston?
i just got a diatonic sofia mari 12 bass accordion and i love accordions, but I don't know how to play them, esp. diatonic accordions.
i want to learn to play more than anything or at least have someone give me an idea of how to read accordion music or provide me with links where I can teach myself.
this is a strange looking accordion and i'm finding much more difficult than piano accordions.
thanks a bunch!

Fri, March 2, 2007 - 11:07 AMactually..... paul groff isn't in town anymore. i just contacted him to see if he could help fix my piano accordion. turned out he packed up and moved to florida! bummer.....
if i meet any diatonic accordionists along the way i'll be sure to let you know.
take care!
